Researchers at the newly created Center for Research on Learning and Teaching are beginning basic and applied research projects. Areas of great interest include examining the use of televisions in instruction, which could allow professors to spend more time with students. Center staff also are preparing to organize and sponsor campuswide events including speakers, symposia, training conferences and more.
