Photo: Twilight view of the Miller Theatre’s dawn

The Arthur Miller Theatre in the Walgreen Drama Center at twilight is expressed as a translucent glass cube levitating above a multi-hued masonry base. The theater transforms into a luminous glass beacon at night, recalling the marquees of vaudeville era theatres. The 40-foot high glass enclosure of the lobby reveals to North Campus the presence of the theater, visible from a great distance through a concrete column portico. More photos on Page 7.
