‘Storyliving’ the life of RosaParks

The University Record, January 28, 1998

Through songs and role-playing, participants learned about the life and legacy of Rosa Parks at ‘Symposium Storytelling,’ part of the U-M’s 1998 MLK Symposium. The sessions were facilitated by Josh White Jr. and Randi Douglas of ‘Detroit Storyliving,’ a group which travels to different schools and organizations and helps students re-create and explore different historical events.
