Tapestry hangs in Power Center

Milling about in the lobby before a show, Power Center audiences may notice “Modern Tapestry,” a 9′ x 12′ handwoven tapestry by New York artist Roy Lichtenstein (1923-1997). Lichtenstein was a pioneer of the Pop Art Movement and known for his oversized comic book-like images. Photo by Bob Kalmbach
