Yost Arena recently hosted a learn-to-skate program that attracted skaters of all levels and all ages. From beginning toddlers to adults who wanted to perfect their backwards skating ability, Yost staff made the learning fun. Michaela Loughran (right), U-M senior and member of the U-M Figure Skating Club, works here with one of the more advanced students. Ice enthusiasts also will enjoy Maize and Blue on Ice, 7-9 p.m. Sat. (April 20), when Loughran and other members of the U-M Figure Skating Club perform at Yost Arena. The performance is free.
