Email Advertising Program

The University Record: Advertising Email Example

Overview

The Record Email Advertising Program provides University of Michigan schools/colleges/units (SCUs) and community advertisers the opportunity to promote their events and messages in The University Record email.

Requirements

  • U-M schools/colleges/units must commit to spending at least $2,000 in Record print advertising.
  • Community advertisers must be on a 32X print/online contract.
  • The print ad campaign must run in the Record between August 1 and July 31.
  • U-M schools/colleges/units ad buys not to exceed 5/month.
  • Community advertisers ad buys not to exceed 3/month.

Cost

  • Rate = $200/day
  • Billing will be included with print and online advertising.

Technical Specifications

The size of the email ad is 600 pixels wide by 144 pixels tall, with a resolution of 72 dpi. Ads should be saved in .jpeg file format.
