Bylaw change proposed for School of Art and Design

The following change is proposed for Regents’ Bylaw 11.011 regarding the School of Art and Design. Comments on the changes should be made to the Office of the Secretary of the University, 2012 Fleming Bldg., 1340, by Feb. 11. Additions are bold; deletions are italicized.

Regents’ Bylaw Sec. 11.011. The School of Art and Design Executive Committee.

The executive committee shall consist of the dean and six four additional members of the faculty to be appointed by the Board on recommendation by the president. The appointed members shall hold office for two years and shall not be eligible for reappointment until after the lapse of one year. The terms shall be adjusted so that three two shall expire each year. The dean shall chair the committee.
