Suggestion program wins award

“Solutions through Participation,” the suggestion program for Medical Center employees and volunteers, has received the SEER (Savings per Eligible Employee Ratio) Award from the Employee Involvement Association (EIA), an international organization of suggestion systems and employee involvement programs.

The Medical Center had the highest savings per eligible employee of all EIA member institutions in 1994. The award is a first for the program and reflects the high level of employee involvement at the Medical Center.
