14 Flint, Dearborn faculty awarded tenure and/or promotions
At their May meeting, the Regents approved recommendations for promotions and/or tenure awards to three faculty at the U-M-Dearborn and 11 faculty at the U-M-Flint. They are, on the Dearborn campus:
From assistant professor to associate professor with tenure: Alan Argento, Jacqueline Vansant and David H.H. Yoon.
On the Flint campus:
From associate professor with tenure to professor with tenure: Vahid Lotfi, Beverly Schmoll and Ronald E. Silverman.
From associate professor without tenure to associate professor with tenure: Charles A. Jones.
From assistant professor to associate professor with tenure: Ricardo Alfaro, William J. Farrell, Roy S. Hanashiro, Ann E. Towsley, Mojtaba Vaziri and Nancy Elizabeth Carnahan Webb.
