Members of the Initiative on Alcohol and Other Drugs encourage individuals who received the survey on alcohol and other drugs to complete it and return it in the postage-paid envelope.
“If there are questions you prefer not to answer, please skip them. We need your response,” explains Initiative member and survey designer Andrea Foote. “You represent other people in the University community who have the same experiences and priorities as you, but who were not part of the sample selected for the survey.
“The survey is exploring a number of issues. One is the change in attitudes and behavior as people move from student status into full-time work. For this reason, most questions on the survey were virtually identical for students, faculty and staff.”
