Fast Food for Thought
Monica Dus, assistant professor of molecular, cellular and developmental biology, presents one of 10 Fast Food for Thought talks at a recent event organized by the Sustainable Food Systems Initiative. Each of the 5-minute talks by interdisciplinary faculty members was related to food or agriculture, and drew a standing-room-only crowd to the Dana Building for the third annual event.
