New MHealthy programs help employees stay healthy during the upcoming season

Registration now is open for “’Tis the Season for MHealthy,” programs designed to help university faculty and staff stay healthy and maintain their peace of mind during this busy time of the year.

Programs take place in November and December and include weekly, 30-minute online healthy-lifestyle events and in-person financial seminars.

“With so much going on at the end of the year, staying on a healthy track and maintaining your peace of mind can be a challenge,” says Denise Williams, associate director of risk reduction services for MHealthy.

“We wanted to offer our community quick tips and helpful advice that they can use during this time of the year, so we have topics like fitting in fitness, staying in control while enjoying events and parties, indulging without gaining weight, and enjoying the holidays more while spending less.”
