2010 Form W-2 Wage and Tax Statements will be available in January by one of two delivery methods.
An electronic version will be available on Jan. 7 that will provide employees with early access to information. On that day employees should receive an informational e-mail containing details on how to consent to receive the form electronically in Wolverine Access. The form can be printed at that time or at a later date.
Alternatively, paper Forms W-2 are scheduled to be mailed in late January. To ensure prompt delivery by the U.S. Postal Service, employees must enter their current home address in university records.
Employees may update their current home address via the Web using the “Employee Business” option in Wolverine Access (wolverineaccess.umich.edu/index.jsp). Address updates also may be made using the “Address Change Request” form available on the payroll website. Have address updates completed by Jan. 4.
