   New catering service

   

   Chinyere Onimo, an employee of M|Catering, prepares for Tuesday’s showcase event that officially launched the new on­campus catering service at the Michigan League Ballroom. Attendees sampled a variety of menu items including smoked duck breast and risotto, gorgonzola and toasted walnut crostini, panini sandwiches, Mediterranean salads, and desserts.
