Bernstein to chair Board of Regents; Behm named vice chair

Regent Mark Bernstein will serve as the next chair of the Board of Regents for a one-year term beginning July 1. Regent Michael Behm was named vice chair when the appointments were announced Thursday by Regent Shauna Ryder Diggs at the board's monthly meeting.
