If you are affiliated with U-M, you can complete the Blue Queue questionnaire. Based on what phase you fall under, you will eventually receive an invitation to schedule your vaccination appointment from Blue Queue.

Sixty-one percent of Detroiters say they are unlikely or very unlikely to get a government-approved COVID-19 vaccine when it becomes available, according to U-M’s Detroit Metro Area Communities Study.
