   The university has been recognized as a Tree Campus USA by the Arbor Day Foundation for its continued efforts and commitment to environmental stewardship.

   Efforts to promote healthy trees and environmental stewardship have earned U-M’s Ann Arbor campus recognition as a Tree Campus USA institution for the ninth consecutive year.
