   $3M gift establishes John H. Mitchell Professorship in Entertainment

   A $3 million gift, given by the Patricia W. Mitchell Trust, will establish the John H. Mitchell Professorship in Entertainment in LSA’s Department of Film, Television, and Media.

   Gift aids professorships to advance social equality, inclusion

   With a $5 million gift from Harold and Carol Kohn and the Kohn Charitable Trust, U-M will establish two new professorships at the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy.
