The annual open enrollment period for health insurance continues through Friday (Oct. 30.)
During this period, staff members may enroll themselves and eligible dependents in a health insurance plan or change health insurance vendors. Retirees also may change from one vendor to another. Questions on specific plans should be directed to the vendors.
Applications and change forms must be returned to the Office of Staff Benefits by Oct. 30. Coverage will be effective Jan. 1, 1993. Forms received or postmarked after Oct. 30 will be returned to the applicant. Facsimile copies will be accepted through Oct. 30 at 763-0363. Forms must be sent immediately via U.S. or campus mail.
