“Paessaggio Baia Delle Zagare” by Franco Fontana, a 1983 cibachrome print, is presented in the exhibit The Infinite Landscape: Master Photographers from the Museum of Art (UMMA) Collection. From a selection of classic views by such artists as Ansel Adams, Harry Callahan and William Henry Fox Talbot to the contemporary sublime of Michael Kenna, these images reflect 19th- and 20th-century European and American artists responding to the natural environment. Exhibit times are Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 11 a.m.-6 p.m. and Wednesday-Thursday 11 a.m.-9 p.m. The free exhibit is presented through Jan. 3 at UMMA Off/Site and sponsored in part by Ernestine and Herbert Ruben and the U-M Credit Union. A guided tour is presented at 7 p.m. Dec. 18. The photo is a gift of Clayton Wilhite. (Photo by Franco Fontana)
