Photo: Honoring transplant team

Family, friends and colleagues of six men who died in a Transplant/Survival Flight team plane crash gather at Burton Tower to observe the one-year anniversary of the tragedy. At 5 p.m. June 4, the time of the crash, the School of Music, Theatre & Dance arranged a simultaneous bell ringing by all carillons in Ann Arbor in memory of those who died: Dr. David Ashburn, Richard Chenault II, Dennis Hoyes, Ricky LaPensee, Bill Serra and Dr. Martin Spoor.
