Photo: Downs among discounted UMS faculty, staff tickets

The University Musical Society is offering $25 tickets to faculty and staff for three Saturday night performances. The performers are Mexican singer/songwriter Lila Downs, above, at 8 p.m. April 12 at the Michigan Theater; the Urban Bush Women and Compagnie Jant-Bi March 29 at the Power Center for the Performing Arts; and the Choir of King’s College, Cambridge, April 5 at Hill Auditorium. Call 764-2538 or go to the UMS Ticket Office at the Michigan League. Limit four tickets per person. A discount also is available at the door the night of the performance.
