In its first week, more than 1,000 faculty and staff members have completed MHealthy Wellness Assessments and qualified for the $100 pre-tax incentive.
With thousands more taking place through April, here are a few time-saving tips to help complete wellness screening appointments in 30 minutes:
• Take the online health questionnaire prior to your appointment
• At the end click “Save and Finish Later”
• Bring the assigned StayWell ID and password to the appointment
Those who complete the online health questionnaire and attend a wellness screening will receive an individualized personal health report and guidance on how to create a wellness plan for life.
