Get moving this fall with the return of Active U Autumn

Active U Autumn is back after a one-year hiatus with more features and easier tracking. MHealthy’s eight-week physical activity challenge inspires the U-M community to strive for the same goal — being active.

Individuals at all fitness levels can participate. Active U Autumn is free and encourages moving 120 minutes or more per week. Activity is logged on the MHealthy portal or by syncing to a tracking device. All employees, students, retirees and employee spouses/OQAs can join.

Registration is now open and tracking of activity minutes starts Sept. 20.

Those who participated in Active U earlier this year will see similar improvements to the fall program:

  • Easier tracking on the new MHealthy Portal, powered by Asset Health.
  • Sync to more wearables, watches and apps, including Apple Watch.

Benefits-eligible participants can also access MHealthy’s new exercise video library, featuring more than 50 videos. Class categories include strength training, cardio, yoga, meditation and more.

The deadline to register is Oct. 4. Choose between individual participation or join a team for extra support. Participants also will receive weekly email reminders with well-being tips, encouragement, program updates and more.
