Employees, spouses and other qualified adults covered under a U-M health insurance plan will not be charged an out-of-pocket fee when they bring their insurance card to one of the MHealthy/MVN on-site clinics. The cost of the flu shot will be charged directly to their health plan. Those not covered under an accepted insurance plan can still receive a flu shot at a rate of $25 per person, payable by cash, check or credit card.

In addition to the MHealthy/MVN clinics, non-UMHS employees can also get a flu shot by appointment at the University Health Service, uhs.umich.edu/fluvaccination, or at the office of their primary care provider.

Actually the truth behind any of the studies on flu shots is that they do NOT work for the majority of folks and in fact have Mercury that causes harm over time to our brains. People can stay flu free by eating and drinking healthier and taking real wholefood supplements. I especially suggest taking Black Sambucus Elderberry Extract. It’s real and works to boost your immune system and keeps your lungs clear.I have been flu free for almost 12 years since taken this. Drugs are not always the answer people. Dr. David Brownstein out of West Bloomfield Hills has a lot to say about flu shots if you’re interested in looking up his blog.
