Active U Autumn returns Sept. 18; registration underway

Active U Autumn, MHealthy’s eight-week physical activity challenge, returns this fall to encourage the university community to get moving.

Registration is open through Sept. 17. Participants can start tracking their exercise minutes on Sept. 18.

Registration now open for Active U physical activity challenge

Registration for Active U, MHealthy's 12-week physical activity challenge, now is open.

In its 12th year, the program draws thousands in the U-M community who use the team camaraderie, weekly exercise goal, and coveted T-shirt as motivation to maintain or improve current goals or commit to new ones for the new year.

Registration is now open for MHealthy's 6th annual Active U Autumn physical activity challenge and charity fundraiser.

New for 2016, participants will have more options to sync a tracking device, and this year's donations will support the continuing efforts around the Flint water crisis.
