President Mark Schlissel met with communicators from across the university Thursday to discuss his first 100 days in office and some of the university’s key issues and messages. Interviewed by Lisa Rudgers, vice president for global communications and strategic initiatives, Schlissel covered a variety of topics at the Communicators’ Forum meeting, including affordability, diversity, athletics and promoting U-M’s academic excellence.
