Tickets for Schlissel inauguration available

President Mark S. Schlissel will be inaugurated as U-M’s 14th president on the afternoon of Sept. 5 and tickets for the event at Hill Auditorium now are available.

Tickets for the 3 p.m. installation ceremony are available to the campus community and the general public through the Office of the President website.

There is no cost, but tickets will be required for entry into Hill Auditorium. To get tickets, simply visit the ticketing website and register for a new account by clicking the “Login” link in the top navigation bar. From there, click “General Public” and then when prompted to login, click “New User Registration” and fill out the form. An account is required to obtain tickets in order to email the tickets to you and allow you to access them.

The day’s events will also include public symposia and a community welcome reception. For more information on these events, go to the inauguration web page.
