Proposals sought for Michigan IT Symposium in November

The Michigan IT Symposium Committee is now accepting proposals for conference sessions to be held at the 2016 Michigan IT Symposium.

Staff and faculty are encouraged to submit proposals in the form of posters or interactive presentations that align with at least one of the U-M IT Strategic Goals:

• Unified Research Ecosystem

• Learning Laboratory

• Learning Health System

• Minimal Administrative Overhead

To apply, fill out a brief application on the CIO website by Aug. 12.

The Michigan IT Symposium is an annual event sponsored by the Michigan IT Steering Committee on behalf of the Office of the CIO. The symposium, aimed at creating connections between community members, attracts more than 400 members of the Michigan IT community from across the Ann Arbor, Flint, Dearborn, and Health System campuses.

The 2016 symposium will take place on Nov. 22 at the Michigan League.
